HOPE'S HAVEN
About Us
Hope's Haven is a residential program that opened in April of 2015. We service females and males in the Juvenile Justice and Children & Youth Services. Our program works with clients to address their trauma, emotional management, interpersonal relationships, employment skills, educational progress, and life skills.
Our program structure and connectivity to the services in the Lancaster County and York County communities will be the key component to allowing these youth to prepare to live independently in their respective communities.

ROB MONZON
Executive Director
With over 30 years of experience in the Juvenile Justice field working in Detention, Secured Residential, and Open Residential settings. Throughout his career, he has been part of progressive programming for youth implementing trauma informed care models in York County and Berks County.
MARGARITA DARDEN
Director of Administration
Bringing over 20 years experience in the field working in Detention as well as Juvenile Probation. Leading our Case Management Team to provide quality treatment planning while taking a collaborative approach with families and customers.

BRENT OLEJACK
Program Director
Bringing over 25 years of experience in the Juvenile Justice field. His ability to build quality relationships with youth and staff alike makes him a welcomed addition to the Hope's Haven team.
CURTIS CANNON
Program Manager for York Residence
Over 20 years of experience in the field of working in residential care in addition to community-based work with the special needs population. His experience provides staff with the skills needed to work effectively in residential care.
RALPH MOYER
Program Manager for York Residence
Joined our team after 25 years servicing the youth in Dauphin County. His ability to create a safe residential environment provides the maximum opportunity for youth to grow.
EVETTE NEGRON
Training Supervisor
15 years of experience working with youth in residential and alternative educational settings. Her ability to teach best practice and create consistency in staff performance makes her a valuable piece of the Leadership Team.

Girl's Program
Our original program located in a quiet rural environment. Only a 10 minute drive to Lancaster City.
HOPE'S HAVEN YORK
Boy's Program
Located on the East end of York City. Allows residence to have a spacious setting while still being able to access all of the services a city environment provides.
HOPE'S HAVEN LANCASTER
Girl's Program
Located on the North end of Lancaster City. Provides a spacious home setting while only minutes away from Downtown Lancaster.
